In this talk I presented the initial results of the joint effort between the team in The University of Manchester and University of Edinburgh to create a VR intuitive interface to operate a robotic arm between the mentioned universities. It showcased our successful low-cost easy-to-setup approach, with its current limitations and potential ways for improvement.

The complete team involved *Erwin Lopez, *Hanlin Niu, **Eleftherios Triantafyllidis, **Quentin Rouxel, **Zhibin (Alex) LI, *Joaquin Carrasco Gomez and *Guido Herrmann (*University of Manchester, **University of Edinburgh).
